I’m Michele Halbeisen and I just love what I do! As a little girl, my favorite thing to do was play Barbies, fix their hair and build with Legos.
It only made sense that I would choose a profession where I could create beautiful, unique things.
I went to Cosmetology school after 2 years in college, because I just couldn't shake the feeling that I was meant to use my hands to create something. I still remember the feeling of exhilaration when I got to do my first real haircut, finally I was doing what I had always dreamed of! I still feel that way today. I always tell my kids to follow your bliss and the rest will fall into place, because that is exactly what happened to me!
I have high standards for myself and that translates to what I do in the salon, I know what quality means and what it looks like. I don’t believe that not doing your best is ever an option. I love talking and listening, I believe that communication is key to success in EVERYTHING, especially between myself and my clients.
When I’m not in the salon I can be found at my son’s football or baseball games, hanging at home with my dog or just checking out what is binge-worthy on Netflix. I also love to check out new things online that I can bring behind the chair in the salon too; absorbing new information and learning is so exhilarating!!​
I am certified and experienced in the NBR, Harper Ellis Concealed Bead and waterfall methods of installation methods of hand tied extensions. In 2018 I decided to make the jump to offer these exclusively. I love the way they transform not only my client's hair, but the transformation in their face when they see themselves in the mirror really makes me glow!! I believe in the magic of these extensions so much that I wear them myself! Armed with all this experience and knowledge I just know that I can create anything for anyone!!
